Responsible to handle the full spectrum of HR Industrial Relation functions, to guide the managers and other employees in matter related to employee relations, workplace ethics supervising and coordinating all activities related to employment relations.
The ideal candidate profile:
- Male with Bachelor Degree from reputable university. Preferable from Law
- Age around min 35 years with Min. 5 years of experience in similar capacity in a reputable company
- Very Understanding related to labor issues and regulation
- Able to operate computer (MS Office, Word, Excel and Powerpoint and Visio)
- Service oriented people, proven track on honesty and reliability with good interpersonal skills.
- Good communication skill in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Strong Leadership, Positive attitude, outgoing, energetic, responsible, fast learner and independent
- Willing to travel
- Willing to work long hours in a high pressure working environment.
